oh365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or in violation of applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, with or without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oh365 ("oh365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oh365 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at oh365.vip and any associated sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform").

4.2 KYC Verification. PAGCOR regulations require oh365 to verify the identity of all Players prior to the processing of withdrawals and at various thresholds of account activity. Acceptable identity documents include: UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, and Philippine Passport. Proof of address may also be requested.
4.3 Verification Delays. oh365 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within one (1) business day of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. oh365 is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from delays in the verification process caused by a Player's failure to provide timely or complete documentation.
4.4 Account Integrity. Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances.
5.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your oh365 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.
5.2 Unauthorised Access. oh365 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify oh365 support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.
5.3 Two-Factor Authentication. oh365 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional security feature. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA through their Account Settings. oh365 is not responsible for any losses arising on Accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
5.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access oh365 is free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your Account security. oh365 accepts no liability for losses resulting from compromised devices.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oh365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. oh365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
6.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically reflected in your oh365 Account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take between five (5) minutes and two (2) hours, depending on the sending bank and prevailing network conditions.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. oh365 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. oh365 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests from verified accounts.
6.5 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to an account formally verified as belonging to the registered Player, in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
6.6 Source of Funds. oh365 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account at any time, in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
6.7 Currency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers issued by oh365 are subject to individual eligibility criteria stated in each offer's specific terms. oh365 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and free bets issued by oh365 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, applicable game weightings, and minimum odds restrictions will be stated in each individual offer's terms.
7.3 Expiry. Promotional credits not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from the Player's Account without compensation.
7.4 Abuse. oh365 monitors Accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; systematic exploitation of promotional structures; and collusion between Accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have promotional credits voided and/or be permanently excluded from future promotions.
7.5 Changes. oh365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring existing commitments already in progress at the time of change.
8.1 General Rules. All wagers placed on oh365 are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each game type, as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.
8.2 Insufficient Balance. Wagers will only be accepted if the Player's Account balance is sufficient to cover the full amount of the bet. oh365 does not extend credit to Players under any circumstances.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure during a game or bet, oh365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. oh365 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
8.4 Live Casino Disconnections. If a Player's connection is lost during an active live dealer game, the game outcome will be determined by the dealer in accordance with standard game rules. Where a reconnection is not possible, any settled outcome will stand.
8.5 Sports Betting Integrity. oh365 reserves the right to void any sports bet placed on an event in which the integrity of the result is under investigation by a relevant sporting authority. All decisions regarding bet settlement in integrity-related cases are final.
8.6 Obvious Errors. oh365 will not be bound by any bet accepted due to an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. oh365 reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust settlements accordingly, with the amended settlement final and binding.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oh365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the oh365 Platform.
12.2 oh365 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. oh365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical faults, or force majeure events.
12.3 oh365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their oh365 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits oh365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
oh365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on oh365, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the oh365 Privacy Policy.
oh365 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR where required by law, with payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, and with KYC verification providers.

14.1 Internal Complaints. Any Player who has a complaint or dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, a promotional award, or any other aspect of their Account should first contact the oh365 customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function. oh365 will acknowledge complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve them within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published complaints procedures for online gaming operators. oh365 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
14.3 Game Results. All game results on oh365 are final once a round is settled. oh365 will not reverse a settled game result except where a demonstrable technical error is confirmed by oh365's technical team after investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
oh365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oh365 will provide notice to registered Players via the email or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the oh365 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedures described in the help section of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
